The Opp Bobcats (2-0) will look to extend their two-game win streak tonight when they host the Hillcrest Jaguars (1-0).
The Bobcats enter the game as the No. 4 ranked team in Class 3A.
The meeting between the Bobcats and Jaguars is the 15th time the teams have met on the gridiron with Opp leading the overall battle with a 9-5 record.
Last season, the Bobcats pulled off a 34-32 win over the Jaguars at Channell-Lee Stadium.
Opp is coming off a thrilling 21-18 victory over county-rival Straughn last Friday night for their second win of the season.
Hillcrest has only played one game this season, but it was a 56-13 whipping of Monroe County last Friday.
This will be the first AHSAA Class 3A Region 1 game of the season for both squads.
Opp and Hillcrest will kickoff at 7 p.m., in Opp.
