The identities of the two Opp residents found dead Wednesday afternoon have been released by the Opp Police Department.

Opp Police Assistant Chief Kevin Chance said upon arriving at the 603 West Hart Ave. residence, officers found Miguel Belnar and Sharon G. Fletcher deceased in the backyard.

Chance said no foul play is suspected at this time, but the cause is under investigation by the OPD, the Covington County District Attorney’s Office and the Alabama Department of Forensic Science.
