EDDIE RAY ROBBINS
Memorial services for Eddie Ray Robbins will be held at 2 p.m. on Sat., March 14, 2015, at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church near Florala with Mr. Joseph Stastka presiding.
Mr. Robbins was born in Florala on Dec. 4, 1938, to the late Ruffus and Ida Pearl Linton Robbins. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Helen Robbins.
He was a graduate of Vigor High School and the University of South Alabama.
After serving in the U.S. Army, he spent most of his life in Albany, Ga., where he worked as an accountant with the Internal Revenue Service. After retirement, he enjoyed driving trucks, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his friends at 3 Square Diner.
He died on Dec. 3, 2014, at Wilson Hospice House in Albany, at the age of 75.
Survivors include daughters, Shannon R. Solomon and Courtney R. Davis (Jon) of Dallas, Ga.; sister, Pauline R. Hall of Aliceville; grandchildren, Piper Higginbothem, Peyton Solomon, Ben Davis and Will Davis; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Interment will follow at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Bearden
Gloria Dianne Bearden, 62, a resident of Prattville, passed away on Wed., March 4, 2015.
Funeral services will be held today, Sat., March 7, 2015, at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Prattville Memorial with Minister Brent Missildine officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial directing.
Mrs. Bearden was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Diamond.
She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph “Joe” Bearden; her father, Reubin Diamond (Kathline); her mother, Mildred Stokes; one daughter, Stephine Luckey; two grandchildren, Joshua A. Cornelius, Rachel D. Combs; two great-grandchildren, Braelynn Cornelius and Noah Joseph Cornelius; and extended family members and many friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday at Prattville Memorial from 1 until 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Montgomery Cancer Center in her honor at 4145 Carmichael Rd., Montgomery, AL.

PATTERSON
Mrs. Martha Ann Patterson, age 89, of Red Level, passed away Wed., March 4, 2015, in Andalusia Manor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, Sat., March 7, 2015, at Pressly Memorial Presbyterian Church with the Rev. P.J. McClung and the Rev. Tyree Bowen officiating. Interment will follow in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held today, Fri., March 6, from 6-8 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home.
Martha Ann was an amazing woman who touched every life she came in contact with. Her loving presence was felt and her beautiful voice was heard for more than 50 years while singing in the church choir and teaching Sunday school.
Mrs. Patterson is survived by her sons-in-law, Gene McGonegle of Smith Station and Jacob Coleman of Dothan; grandchildren, Andy Coleman, Timm (Lori) McGonegle and Jennifer (Scott) Campbell; great grandchildren, Timm McGonegle III, Bradley McGonegle, Mallory Campbell and Emily Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 50 years, Harland Patterson; daughters, Sue McGonegle and Joy Coleman; grandson, Jamie Coleman; sister, Lola Horton Branum; and brothers, Sam, George, Clyde and Richard Hartin.
Pallbearers include: Rickey Seales, Shaphan Seales, Jason Skipper, Ben Skipper, Timm McGonegle II and Timm McGonegle III. Honorary pallbearers include: Caleb Varner, Josh Skipper, Phillip McClung and Shaun McClung.

CLARENCE MADDOX
Mr. Clarence Maddox, age 85, formerly of Andalusia, passed away on Sun., March 1, 2015, in Clearwater, Fla. Funeral services will be held today, Sat., March 7, 2015, at 2 p.m. from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Gary Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Special music will be performed by Vandalyn Maddox.
Mr. Maddox is survived by his wife, Loraine Maddox of Clearwater, Fla.; sisters and brother-in-law, Annie Sue DeBellis of Greenville, Dorothy Tarter of Pueblo, Colo. and Gelaine and Chris Niederauer of Houston, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Lamar and Katie Maddox of Andalusia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Clara Maddox.
Pallbearers include: Donnie Maddox, Larry Maddox, Shannon Kelley, Mark Strickland, Matthew Heffner and Wayne Bennett.
