• Kristi Matlock, 29, for four counts of cruelty to animals and held on a $2,000 bond.

• Randi Jay, 20, for second-degree manufacturing and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Kevin Andress, 28, for second-degree manufacturing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $270,000 bond.

• Tyshawn McCasster, 20, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of governmental operations and held on a $16,000 bond.

• Daniel Armstrong, 33, for second-degree manufacturing and violation of probation and held on a $200,000 bond.
