Agencies from Baldwin, Houston, Coffee and Okaloosa County, Alabama Beverage Control Board and a U.S. Marshal joined officers from Andalusia, Opp, Florala police departments, the Covington County Sheriff’s Office and sheriff’s posse, pardons and parole board, district attorney’s office and DTF at Andalusia’s law enforcement training center on Tuesday.
