Low country boil is Oct. 31

Tickets are selling fast for First Presbyterian Church’s annual Halloween low country boil.
More than 50 tickets have been sold from the 150 available, and will not be available for purchase the day of the event.
The event is held in support of the Full Tummy Project, which donates backpacks filled with food items to needy children in the area on weekends, and to the Presbyterian Home for Children.
The dinner is scheduled for 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Fri., Oct. 31, at the church.
The adult low country menu, which is $15, will have shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes with coleslaw, French bread, a dessert and drink.
For children, the menu will be hotdogs, chips, a dessert and drink, and tickets cost $5.
