The Andalusia Area Humane Society took top honors in the first shift of its bowling tournament at Strikers on Saturday.

In the second shift, or afternoon portion of the tournament, Strikers Bowling 1 won first place. The morning shift title was captured by the Andalusia Area Humane Society.

Debbie Grimes and Destini DuPree were the tournament’s female highest scorers; and Terry Watson and Toby Freeman were the male highest scorers.

Second through eighth place finishers in the afternoon tournament are as follows in order: Strikers Bowling 2; Begging for A Strike; Star-News 3; Star-News 1; Star-News 2; Wells Fargo 1; and Wells Fargo 2.
