Covington County Sheriff’s Deputy Heath Kelley gave his all on Friday, when he was killed in a car accident when his patrol car hydroplaned en route to another wreck, and on Tuesday scores of area law enforcement officers made the trek to Andalusia to pay tribute to their fallen brother.
