• Ramona Cowart, 26, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Donna Frost, 22, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Kevin Qualls, 26, for second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and held on a $20,500 bond.

• Keith O’Neil, 31, for second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear and held on a $2,411 bond.
