LINDA COVIN

Linda Gorum Covin, 68, of Andalusia, passed away Thurs., March 20, 2014, at Andalusia Regional Hospital.

Funeral services were held Mon., March 24, at 11 a.m. from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Eiland officiating. Interment followed in Gorum Cemetery.

Gorum is survived by her son, Russell (Karen) Covin of Andalusia; daughters, Shena Odom (Mark Patterson) of Andalusia, Tami (Eric) Feibelman of Gainesville, Fla. and Erika (Ronnie) Davis of Lenox, Ga.; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Ruby Law of Red Level, Carol Watson of Pensacola, Fla. and Jan (Jack) Lee of Andalusia; brother, Billy and Carolyn Gorum of Red Level; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Tanner Feibelman, Peyton Feibelman, Eric Feibelman, Caylon Odom, Ronnie Davis and Tami Feibelman.

ROBERT HUCKABAA

Robert Travis Huckabaa, 58, of Loango, passed away Sat., March 22, 2014, at his residence.

Graveside services will be at today, Wed., March 26, at 4 p.m. at Shady Hill Cemetery with speaker Don Florer officiating the service and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be today from 2 until 4 p.m. at Shady Hill Freewill Baptist Church.

Huckabaa is survived by his son, Robert Travis Huckabaa II of Chicago; daughters, Charissa Skal, Holly (Lee) Armstrong of Millersport, Ohio, Tisha Huckabaa of Buckeye Lake, Ohio and Jennifer Huckabaa of Thornville, Ohio; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Vicki Lewis of Browsville, Ohio; brother, Jim Colbridge of Buckeye Lake, Ohio; and former wife, Debbie Huckabaa of Thornville.

He is preceded in death by a sister, Deb Huckabaa Church.

Pallbearers will be Don Florer, Henry Huckabaa, Bob Huckabaa, Nathan Ankeney, Jacob Layne and Kenny Hendrix.

HENRY BULGER

Henry Roger Bulger, 65, of Andalusia, passed away Mon., March 24, 2014, in the Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be Thurs., March 27, at 10:30 a.m. at Red Oak Baptist Church with the Rev. Rick Shearer officiating. Interment will follow in Red Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. today, Wed., March 26, at Foreman Funeral Home and at the church 30 minutes prior to services.

Bulger is survived by his wife, Patricia Bulger of Andalusia; daughter, Lori (Aaron) Crawford of Fayetteville, Tenn.; sons, Jimmy Lee Bulger and Bryan (Amanda) Bulger of Andalusia; grandchildren, Taylor Bulger, Sydney Bulger, Trevor Bulger, Casey Bulger, Brady Crawford and Blake Crawford; brothers, Steve (Elaine) Bulger, Terry (Shelia) Bulger of Andalusia, Mitchell (Sylvia) Bulger of Albany, Ga. and Jamie (Kristy) Bulger of Bainbridge, Ga.; sisters, Lynda (Carlos) Powell of Andalusia and Sue (Herb) Smith Molina.

JESSIE REYMUNDO

Jessie Theopel Reymundo, 86, of Andalusia, passed away Mon., March 24, 2014, at the Andalusia Manor.

Funeral services will be Thurs., March 27 at 2 p.m. from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Knowles and the Rev. Ed Ganus officiating. Interment will be in Brownsville Cemetery near Evergreen. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Wed., March 26 at Foreman Funeral Home.

Reymundo is survived by her son, John Preston Reymundo Jr. of Milton, Fla.; daughters, Teresa (Wayne) Geohagan of Andalusia and Denise Johnson of Gantt; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Joe Gant, Andrew Gluchaci, James Knowles, Jeremy Johnson, Stacey Davis and Brad Lowery.

EDWARD CABANISS III
Edward “Ned” Harman Cabaniss III, 98, of Raleigh, N.C., passed away Sat., March 15, 2014. The second child of Edward Harman Cabaniss II and Marjorie Weatherly Cabaniss, he was born in Birmingham on Jan. 21, 1916, and received degrees from Alabama Polytechnic Institute (Auburn) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He married Mary Albritton of Andalusia on April 13, 1940, and joined the Army in September, 1941, where he served in World War II as a lieutenant with the 20th Combat Engineers Regiment in North Africa, Sicily, and Normandy. On his return, he worked at General Electric in Schenectady, N.Y., for 32 years, earning a dozen patents.

Cabaniss preceded in death by his wife of 61 years. He is survived by his sons, Edward Harman Cabaniss IV of Fairview, N.C. and John Milner Cabaniss of Raleigh, N.C.; six granddaughters; 11 great-grandchildren; and daughters-in-law and grandsons-in-law, to whom he was also father and grandfather.

He was a sailor, reader, tinkerer, puzzler and, quite simply, extraordinary.

A visitation was held Tues., March 25, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Foreman Brown Funeral Home in Andalusia, A graveside service followed at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes comments and memories on the memorial website, condolences.rfhr.com.

J.D. GRANTHAM

J.D. Grantham, 72, of Red Level, passed away Mon., March 24, 2014, at Andalusia Manor.

Funeral services will be held today, Wed., March 26, at 11 a.m. at Fairmount Baptist Church with John Grantham officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairmount Baptist Church Cemetery with

Keahey Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service.

Grantham is survived by his brother, Herbert L. (Debbie) Grantham of Huntsville; sister, Sue (Wayne) Wilkinson of Corpus Christi, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

L.J. GOMILLION

L.J. Gomillion, 80, of Evergreen, passed away Tues., March 25, 2014, in the Florala nursing home.

Graveside services will be held today, Wed., March 26, at 2 p.m. at Bushfield Cemetery in Red Level with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Gomillion is survived by a his brother, J.T. Gomillion of Luverne; sisters, Joyce Bush of Sanford, Allie Mae Martin of Evergreen and Jean Castleberry of Georgiana.

Gomillion was preceded in death by brothers, James Gomillion and Shannon Gomillion.
