4 things to know about tonight

Here are four things that are happening tonight, Tue., Jan 14:1. The Covington County Relay for Life Committee will hold an organizational meeting at 6 p.m. at the Andalusia Holiday Inn Express Conference room.
2. Crossover Ministry and Sav-A-Life of Covington County will host a free concert with a nationally-known artist Dallas Holm at 7 at the LBW Dixon Performing Arts Center in Andalusia. Seating is limited to 500, and tickets can be obtained from the offices of Sav-A-Life and Crossover.
3. St. Mary’s Episcopal Church is an organizational meeting at 5:30 for those interested in training for their first 5K.
The six-week “training program” will culminate with a Mardi Gras 5K and Fun Run on March 1 as a fundraiser for St. Mary’s monthly rice and beans program.
Volunteers will walk or run with participants increasing distances each Saturday morning, beginning Jan. 18.
The meeting will be held in the church hall, located at 1307 E. Three Notch St.
4. Gov. Robert Bentley will give his State of the State Address at 6 p.m. at the State Capitol.
