A Louisville, Ky., man is dead after an early Christmas morning house fire in Babbie.
Bobby Sorrells, 56, was found inside the burning County Road 70 home after firefighters battled the blaze at the home of Ladon “Leon” and Jenny Frazier just after 4 a.m. Wednesday.
Five members of the Frazier family made their escape from the burning home, which was later declared a complete loss.
The Star-News is working on developing story, including a push to provide Christmas to the Frazier’s adopted 3-year-old daughter, Jordan.
The Covington County Sheriff’s Office and the state fire marshal’s office is investigating the blaze. Preliminary reports indicate faulty wiring is responsible for the fire.
