• Robert Earl Meeks, 68, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Robert W. Vanderryt, 32, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Katie Dorsey, 23, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• James David Bryant, 30, for disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental operations and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Shannon D. Tyson, 37, for willful torture of a child and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Martina Carnley, 43, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Don R. Barclay, 37, on hold for another agency.

• Hank William Taylor, 57, for drug trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $1.02 million bond.

• Dawn Jupp, 46, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.
