Opp officials began the abatement process for 11 properties Monday.

Each of the properties was a declared public nuisance. City Planner Jason Brown said property owners, once notified of the council’s decision, will have 30 days to request a hearing or fix the problem and clean the property.

Properties include:

• 706 Rosalie St.;

• 507 and 910 Douglas Ave.;

• 306 and 315 Hardin St.;

• 605 W. Ida Way;

• 107 W. Paulk;

• 503 Patterson St.;

• 203 Graves Ave.;

• 101 Williams St.;

• 117 Kolb Ave.
