Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments June 12, 2013:

• John M. Moseley, 40, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Paul Cook, 33, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Brenda Kirkland, 60, for open container violation and held on a $500 bond.

• Tony R. Pickron, 56, for driving while under the influence and open container and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Chasty Waite, 39, for assault III and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Robert McClendon, 22, on hold for another agency and held without bond.

• Jason Watson, 31, for three counts of failure to appear and two counts of violation of probation and held without bond.
