LILA MAE CASEY
Lila Mae Casey, 85, of Andalusia, died on Sun., May 5, 2013, in a Pensacola, Fla. hospital.
Funeral services will be held today, Wed., May 8, at 2 p.m., from the Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with minister Eddie Boggess officiating and interment following in the Cedar Grove Church of Christ Cemetery.
She is survived by her two daughters, Deborah (Donnell) Grantham of Andalusia and Karen Jackson of Prattville; her two sons, Parker (Toni) Casey of Brewton and Rick Casey of Pace, Fla.; five grandchildren, Dawn Grantham, Sabrina Crutchfield, Danielle Haiden, Bridget Casey and Ben Jackson; two great-grandchildren, Lexie Grantham and Riley Crutchdield; two brothers, Glenn Steele and Clyde (Jean) Steele; and two sisters, Jan Sowell and Margaret Janis, all of Mobile.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roman Casey, and her grandson, Casey Grantham.
Pallbearers will be Chris Collum, Dustin Yuhasz, Matt Crutchfield, Wayne Grantham, Donald Knox and Jimmy Bass.

Horace Richard Davis, 99, of the Carolina Community, died Mon., May 6, 2013.
Funeral services will be held on Thurs., May 9, at 2 p.m., from Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Billy Boles officiating and interment following in Carolina Cemetery.
Visitation will be tonight at 5:30 at Foreman Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virgie T. Davis, and two sons, Marvin Richard Davis and Horace Durwood Davis.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Max and Lucy Davis of Andalusia; a daughter and son-in-law, Melba and Dr. John H. Spink of Vestavia Hills; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Randy and Marilyn Davis, David and Kristi Spink, Molly Jo and Frank Packard, Rhonda and Lynn Bass, John and Barbara Spink, Michel Spink, Joan Davis, Jerome and Arlene Davis and Mark and Allison Spink; 19 great-grandchildren and their spouses, Heather and Jeff Bates, Brittany and Dusty Walker, Zachary Bass, Conner Davis, Christian Davis, Brent Spink, Brian Spink, Stephen Spink, Katie Spink, Sara Packard, Adam Packard, Ben Packard, Lauren Spink, Ross Spink, Jack Spink, Ryan Spink, Alex Spink, and J. T. Davis; five great-great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Lillian Tart.

Melisa “Missy” Bullock, 42, of Loango, passed away on Mon., May 6, 2013, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thurs., May 9, at Keahey Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Knowles officiating. Special music will be provided by Randy Walden and Burnice Bullock. Interment will follow in the Old Loango Godwin Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at Keahey Funeral Home tonight from 6 to 8.
Survivors include husband, Mark Bullock; sons, Corey Bullock and Garett Bullock, all of Loango; brothers, Wendall Goodwin and Winston Goodwin, both of McKenzie, and LaDon Goodwin of North Carolina; sisters, Minnie (Jim) Allen of Niceville, Fla.; father-in-law, Levon Bullock; mother-in-law, Burnice Bullock; sisters-in-law, Tammy Mathews and Melonie Sims, both of Loango; nieces and nephews, Tony Hooks of McKenzie, Jessi Goodwin of North Carolina, Tiffany Sanders of Georgiana, Kimberly Mathews and Jason Sims, both of Loango.
Serving as pallbearers will be Tony Hooks, Brandon Sanders, Ryan Davis, Jonathan Neal, Jason Sims, Richard Ayers and Kent Barnes.

MARY NELL JOHNSON
Mary Nell Johnson, 90, passed away peacefully at her home in Opp on May 2, 2013.
Mary Nell loved life. She thrived on celebrations with family and friends. She enjoyed traveling the world, sailing on cruises and music and dancing. As an avid reader, she was dedicated to lifelong learning and kept up with world events until the end of her days. She and her family took great pride in her graduation in 1969 as one of only a few women in a class of hundreds of men at Louisiana School of Banking at LSU.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Opp, the Trailmasters and the Opp Historic Society and spent many hours raising her voice in praise with the Glory Singers at First Baptist Church of Andalusia.
Family and friends are invited to share a celebration of her life at Wyatt Funeral Home on Sat., May 11, at 11 a.m. The family will receive visitors for one hour prior to the service. Per her request, her ashes will be buried beside her husband, Gat, at a later date.

Mary Nell was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ruby Woodham; her brothers and their wives, Robert and Tab Woodham and Edward and Lois Woodham; her first husband, Farrell Gaston (Gat) Robbins; sister-in-law Lurline Robbins Kirkland; and brothers-in-law, Denzil Robbins, Arthur Robbins Jr. and Robert Foley. Late in life, her marriage to the late Dr. Andrew Johnson of Andalusia brought her much joy.
She leaves behind a host of wonderful memories for her daughter and only child, Lynne Robbins Christen, and son-in-law, Hank Christen. She treasured her grandson, Eric Robbins Christen; his wife, Lorraine, and her great-grandchildren, Camilla and Luke; and grandson, Ryan Gallagher Christen, his wife, Jessica, and great-granddaughter, Leta. Her sister and best friend, Lucille Woodham Foley, and niece, Laurie Foley, were always close to her heart. Other surviving relatives include: her sister-in-law, Merle Anderson Robbins; nephew, Clay Robbins, and his sons, Chandler and Taylor; niece, Deana Robbins Dall, and her children, Celton and Adriana; and sister-in-law, Mary Smith Robbins.
