Local baseball and softball games were canceled Thursday due to the threat of inclement weather.

Andalusia and Opp’s baseball games were canceled due to the weather.

The Bulldogs will make up their single game against Monroe County on Saturday at noon. The Bobcats will not be making up their doubleheader at Luverne.

Pleasant Home’s softball game against Brantley was canceled, and will also not be made up.

Straughn, who beat Red Level 16-1; Andalusia and Florala, were the only local teams who fit in games on Thursday.
