Attention local Scale Back Alabama participants – mark the calendar for weigh-outs on Tues., April 9, and Wed., April 10.

Weigh-outs for the 10-week weight loss competition will be held from 7:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. in Andalusia Regional Hospital’s front lobby.

The competition, which is designed to capitalize on weight loss for New Year’s resolutions and create a fun atmosphere for weight loss and physical activity, is in its seventh season.
