March 13, 2013:

• Adam K. Rakestran, 21, for possession of untaxed alcohol and held on a $500 bond;

• Andrew K. Cox, 19, for minor in consumption and possession of untaxed alcohol and held on a $1,000 bond;

• Eddie R. Calloway, 48, for public intoxication and held on a $300 bond;

• Cecilia Ann Byrd, 27, for two counts of failure to appear and held on a $900 cash bond;

• Eleanor Coginatoes, 31, serving weekends;

• Jamie L. Feldman, 35, for contempt of court, child support and held without bond;

• Eric S. Workman, 21, for contempt of court, child support and held without bond;

• Riyanna Mathews, 29, for contempt of court and held without bond;

• John T. Wilson, 21, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond;

• Kimberly Ann Harris, 25, for contempt and held without bond;

• Shirley Fay Steier, 58, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond; and

• Jeffrey S. Mooney, 25, for failure to appear and held without bond.
