Nov. 30, 2010:

• Basie Shine, 37, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• William Tyler Merritt, 2, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• James Kyle Merritt, 24, for third-degree theft of property and held on $500 bond.

• Jeffery Johnson, 36, for failure to appear, unlawful manufacture of controlled substance and held on $200,000 bond.

• Melinda Roderus, 29, for attempted possession of a controlled substance and held on $10,000 bond.
