• Margaret Williams, 41, for 19 counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $57,000 bond.

• Melissa Guilotte, 34, for cruelty to animals and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Tiffany Worley, 33, for manufacturing I and trafficking of a controlled substance and held on a $750,000 bond.

• James William Worley, 33, for manufacturing I and trafficking of a controlled substance and held on a $750,000 bond.

• Candace Sasser, 34, on hold for another agency.

• Kevin D. Owens, 43, for two counts of harassing communications and violation of probation and held without bond.

• John W. Williams, 48, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Susan Smitherman, 37, for five counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Michael D. Brasden, 29, for three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Christopher Jackson, 42, for failure to appear on a traffic violation and held without bond.

• Gregory L. Harper, 21, for failure to appear and held on a $438 cash bond.

• Joshua H. Richardson, 19, for theft of property III and held on a $500 bond.

• Jacquilla R. Purifay, 21, for nine counts of failure to appear and held on a $27,000 bond.
