Jessica Lynne Johns and William Andrew Gibson have announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Bobby & Susan Johns of Andalusia. She is the granddaughter of Robert and Nancy Smith.

She is a 2007 graduate of Pleasant Home School and earned a physical education degree from Troy University. She is employed by Kinston School.

The groom-elect is the son of Richard and Patricia Gibson of Red Level. He is the grandson of Larry and Ann Foley, Clayton and Betty Terry, and the late Shan Gibson.

He is a 2007 graduate of LBW Community College where he earned a drafting degree. At present, he is employed by Ensco International.

The wedding will be an event of Nov. 3, 2012.
