Mary Clyde Douglas, of the Pleasant Home Community, died Mon., June 11, 2012.

Larry D. Jones, 72, of Andalusia, died Sun., June 10, 2012, in the Andalusia hospital.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., today, Tues., June 12, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Fred Karthaus officiating and burial following in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Dave and Debbie Jones of Lakeland, Fla., and Casey and Cavelle Jones of Andalusia; his grandchildren, Kayla (Travis) Craig, Catlin Jones, Will Clark and Stetson Jones; his sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and Bertrum Pierce of Andalusia; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Jean Jones and Rickey and Nancy Jones, all of Andalusia.

BARBARA POWELL OLMSTEAD
Barbara Powell Olmstead, 88, of Andalusia, died Mon., June 11, 2012, in the Andalusia hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Wed., June 13, at the Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Dr. Fred Karthaus officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be at Foreman Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
Survivors include her daughters and son-law, Brenda Butler Hicks, Rita Butler and David Slicer, all of Headland; eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Olivia and Cyril Maynard of Tallahassee, Fla., and Loretta and Roger Beckstrom of Rockford, Ill.; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Clyde and Fern Powell Jr., of Dothan, Morris and Barbara Powell of Montgomery, Rex and Nell Powell of Andalusia and Larry and Sarah Powell of Pensacola, Fla.; and her caregiver, Dianne Odom.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Ray Powell, and sisters, Jewel Clark, Margie Evers, Linda Shreve and Luna Sasser.

TERESSA SPENCE DAVIS
Teressa Spence Davis, 60, of Wing, died Sun., June 10, 2012 in a Pensacola, Fla., hospital.
Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m., Wed., June 13, at the Beda Baptist Church with the Rev. Derwood Cleland officiating and interment following in Beda Cemetery.
Visitation will be tonight from 6-8 at Foreman Funeral Home and at the church 30 minutes prior to services.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Keith Williamson, and grandson, Jonathan Williamson, all of Red Level.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Ray Davis; brother, Dexter Spence, and sister, Carol Spence.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Thomas, Doug Kimmons, Jeff Lee, Randy McClelland, Tony Bradley and Larry Newton.

VERNON T. WIGGINS
Vernon T. Wiggins, 80, of Andalusia, passed away Sat., June 9, 2012.
Funeral services will be held Wed., June 13, at 4 p.m., at Keahey Funeral Chapel with Dr. Fred Karthaus officiating. Special music will be provided by David Wiggins. Burial will follow in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
Pallbearers will be James Andrews, Kendall Andrews, John Mancil, Billy Bickley, Britt Doss and Robert Chu. Honorary pallbearers will be the Southeast Alabama Gas District.
He is survived by his wife, Mazel Wiggins of Andalusia; his daughters, Janet (Dennis) Doss of Birmingham and Candace (Robert) Chu of New York; his brother, Thomas (Peggy) Wiggins of Andalusia; his sister, Virgie Evans of Pensacola, Fla.; his grandchildren, Meredyth Dabdoub and Britt (Lindsey) Doss; and great-grandchild, Isabel Dabdoub, all of Birmingham.

Sally Ann Barbaree, 69, of Andalusia, died Thurs., June 7, 2012, in Florala.
Funeral services were held on Sun., June 10, at 2 p.m., from the Foreman Funeral Home. The Rev. Fred Kelley Jr. officiated. Interment followed in the Old Bethesda Cemetery.
She is survived by a special friend, Ann Worley of Andalusia; a special young lady that she helped raise, Hope Gilmore; five nephews, Tim Barbaree Jr. of Andalusia, Rhett (Amy) Barbaree of Clanton, Robin (Glenn Murphy) of Atlanta, Taylor (Jenna) Barbaree of Dothan and John Barbaree of Andalusia; one niece, Cindy (Jeff) Mefford of Birmingham; four great-nephews; two great-nieces; and three sisters-in-law, Lana Barbaree and Jacquie Barbaree, both of Andalusia, and Sue Barbaree of Phenix City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.T. and Opieree Barbaree; her brothers, Tim, Jerry, Phillip and Scott Maxie Barbaree; and her nephews, Phillip Jr. and Kenneth Barbaree.

Ezra Posey, 87, of Red Level, died Fri., June 8, 2012, at his residence.

Katherine Adele Henagan, 92, of Andalusia, died Thurs., June 7, 2012, in a local hospital.

Survivors include two sons, Grady L. and wife, Erma, Williamson of Andalusia and Mason H. and wife, Helen, Williamson of Edgemore, S.C.; a daughter Wanda Sue Carter of Andalusia; seven grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lovece Mizell of Andalusia.

ELOISE POUND
Eloise Pound, 94, of Florala, passed away at her home Fri., June 8, 2012.
She was born in Covington County, the daughter of the late A.C. Cook and Annie Lou Hicks Cook. She was the widow of the late James H. Pound, who passed away in 2004. They were married for 48 years. She was a homemaker and was an excellent cook. She loved vegetable and flower gardening and quilting for her family. She attended Red Oak Baptist Church and Liberty Hill Assembly of God Church. She cherished the times she had with her children and most especially her grandchildren. She relished being called “Granny Pound.”
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sun., June 10, at Liberty Hill Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Johnny White officiating. Interment followed in the North Creek Cemetery.
Survivors are her son, Jamie Louis (Sylvia) of Florala; two daughters, Lora Jelaine (Joel) Smith of Trussville and Katrina (Roin) Atkinson of Odenville; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Euna Tuck and Nell Cunningham; brother, Bryon Cook; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherill Hewitt, and brothers, Eggbert Cook, James Cook, Raymond Cook and Marcus Cook.

Betty Sue Maust, 79, of Wing, died Thurs., June 7, 2012, at her residence.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., Mon., June 11, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Melvin, the Rev. Robert Canant, the Rev. Glenn Ducharm and the Rev. Glenn Hutto officiating. Interment followed in Antioch Cemetery.
Survivor include her husband, the Rev. John Maust; her daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and David Davis, Donna Jo Kennedy, all of Wing, and Gwendale and Jay Enfinger of Chattahoochee, Fla.; her son and daughter-in-law, William D. and Sue Howell of Electra, Texas; her step-daughters and sons-in-law, Rebekah Kurtz of Elizabethtown, Pa., Judith and David Bocker of Redding, Calif., and Carolyn and Tony Gatlin of Opp; stepsons and daughters-in-law, John S. and Donna Maust of Ecuador and Steven Mark and Maley Maust of the Phillipines; 26 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; a brother, Gene Worley of Andalusia; and a sister, Grace Galloway of Prattville.
Pallbearers were Clint Veasey, Woody Warthen, Jason Grooms, Tim Howell, Jeremy Howell and Tanner Veasey.
