Dear Friends,

On behalf of The Luncheon Pilot Club of Andalusia, I wish to express appreciation for the tremendous support of so many friends in the community for the club’s first Christmas Tour of Homes.

First and foremost, I wish to thank the homeowners and businesses for their corporation in the “Tour of Homes.” Without the willingness and cooperation of the four homes and two businesses, there would not have been a “Tour of Homes” to enjoy. Each was beautifully decorated, the hostesses more than gracious, and the refreshments at Dean’s Cake House were delicious and appreciated.

We would also like to thank those involved for the excellent publicity. It was very generous and very much appreciated by the Luncheon Pilot Club.

WAAO allowed members of the Luncheon Pilots to interview on TV and provided radio spots as well as enthusiasm and encouragement.

The Andalusia Star-News provided newspaper coverage before and after the tours. The almost full-page spread in color on Saturday before the Sunday tour was very attractive.

Andalusia TV Cable gave the Christmas Tour great coverage on the local cable channel. WAMI in Opp and The Opp News also provided coverage for the Tour.

And last, but certainly not least, “thank you” to all who bought tickets and toured these beautiful homes and businesses on a rainy Sunday afternoon.
