SARAH ELIZABETH JONES

Sarah Elizabeth Jones, 26, of Andalusia, passed away Thurs., May 20, 2010, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., today, Sat., May 22, at Andalusia Full Gospel Tabernacle with the Rev. John Hunt, the Rev. Brad Ingram and Dr. Joe Johnson officiating. Special music will be provided by the Rev. Brad Ingram. Burial will follow in the Almarante Cemetery in Laurel Hill, Fla., with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Family will receive friends at Andalusia Full Gospel Tabernacle from 1 p.m. until time of the service.

Survivors include her son, Hayden Alexander Jones; fiancé, Craig Helms of Florala; father, Wayne (Marie) Wise of Hartford; mother, Carolyn Hall; mother and step-father, Dianne (Randy) Inmon; brothers and sisters-in-law, Chris (Lorie) Wise, Roy (Lindsay) Hall Jr., Travis (Lindsay) Hickman, Thomas (Judy) Jones, Richard Jones and Jason Inmon; sisters and brothers-in-law, Crystal (Forrest) Hall, Melissa (Kenneth) Cadenhead, and Thresa Jones; grandmother, Idell Cummings; great-grandmother, Gladys Pridgen; nieces, Daniell Wise, LeeAnn Wise, Isabella Cadenhead and Ninna Jones; nephew, Judd Jones; and numerous aunts and uncles.

She was the previous owner of the Flower Basket and The Little Kitchen and served as the director of the after-school program at the Guardian Angel Christian Academy.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Tom Jones; and her grandmother, Frances Jackson.

CHRISTOPHER “CHRIS” LONDON MICHAEL KINSMAN

Christopher “Chris“ London Michael Kinsman went home to his Lord on Wed., May 19, 2010, after a 13-month battle with Lupus, epilepsy and neurodegenerative brain disease.

He passed at home with his parents, sisters and grandparents and went peacefully from this life to his new one.

He was born June 1, 2007, at Baptist East in Montgomery. He was a healthy, happy, content child until stricken by his disease at 22-months-old. He loved to play ball, and he adored penguins.

Throughout his struggle his testimony reached thousands of people all over the world, from Australia, to Europe, Canada and all the way to California. Each and every person he met, he changed their lives in some way. His mission on this Earth is done, and now he can rest free from pain and the agony of his disease, but those who know Christopher, or know his story, will never forget. He has changed many lives for the better.

Always a happy child before he became sick, he loved to smile and he brought joy to friends and family every single day of his life. He has touched thousands of hearts and will be greatly missed, however his time here is over, his mission accomplished and now he can go on to be at peace.

He has left behind his mother, Kime‘ Kinsman; father, Norman Kinsman; sisters, Isabelle, Juliette and Katelyn Kinsman; Nana, Sherry Lee; great-grandfather, Jack Lee; uncle, Clay Brown; cousins Clayton, Bryce, Jackson, and Aiden Brown; grandparents, Rita and Gene Kinsman and Tony and Becky Brown.

The memorial service will be held 2 p.m., today, Sat., May 22, at Keahey Funeral Home.

LEE OLIVE STEELE

Lee Olive Steele, 91, of Andalusia, died Wed., May 19, 2010, in a Montgomery hospital after a short illness.

Funeral services were held Fri., May 21, at 3:30 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home with interment following in the Magnolia Cemetery and the Rev. Jim Moran and the Rev. Dale Sallans officiating.

She is survived by a niece, Martha Cordell of Andalusia, and several great-nieces.

Pallbearers will be Kirby Adams, Sidney “Buddy” Starling, Jody Spann, Wiley Spann, Tom Albritton and Sam Starr. Honorary pallbearers will be the youth of the First Presbyterian Church of Andalusia – Alex Moran, Josh Starling, Drew Starling, Will Starling, Will Starr, Katherine Starr, John Starr, Davis Parrish, Bailey Parrish, Janna Scherzinger, Justin Scherzinger and Jake Andrews.

RONALD HAYWOOD HILBURN

Ronald Haywood Hilburn, 61, of Dothan, died Thurs., May 20, 2010, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held today, Sat., May 22, at 2 p.m., at Wyatt Funeral Home and interment following in the Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.

He was originally from Rose Hill and graduated from Straughn High School in 1967. He was a lifetime employee of ALFAB Inc., in Enterprise, working as a draftsman, estimator and engineer. He was a member of the Daleville Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Donna, and their two children: Jennifer (Jonathon) Fleming and Chris (Cindy) Hilburn of Ozark; son, Jason (Amanda) Hilburn of Nesbit, Miss.; three grandchildren, Veronica Fleming and Braden and Katelynn Hilburn; sister, Betty Ann Duke of Pinson; brother, Tim Hilburn of Opp; and stepmother, Emma Rae Hilburn of Andalusia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, O.B. and Ora Nell Hilburn; and brother, Larry Hilburn of Andalusia.
