Earlier this week, Walton County Sheriff’s Office investigators located one of Covington County’s “Most Wanted” hiding under a bathroom sink in Choctaw Beach, Fla.

Now, the WCSO is asking the public to return the favor — help them locate a Florala man who has been on their “Most Wanted” list for nearly four years.

WCSO deputies spent Wednesday distributing fliers in Florala, Lockhart and Paxton, Fla., in the hopes of locating the whereabouts of 43-year-old Jimmy Donald Suttles Jr.

Mike Gurspan, WCSO’s public information officer, said a warrant for Suttles arrest was issued in April 2006 on charges he allegedly sexually molested “several” victims.

“This man is an alleged child predator who had committed heinous acts on several children, some as young as 11,” Gurspan said. “He belongs behind bars. The warrant stems from several lewd and lascivious molestation cases. The victims at the time were all under the age of 16.

“Suttles has lived in Paxton, Florala and Lockhart and still has numerous family members and friends along the Covington-Walton county line,” he said. “(Walton County) Sheriff Michael Adkinson Jr. has placed a high priority on arresting sexual predators who prey on our children. If you know of Mr. Suttles’ whereabouts, you may be eligible for a reward through Crime Stoppers.”

Suttles is described as a 5-foot-7, 180-pound white male with red hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-866-718-8477 or the WCSO at 850-892-8186.
