Andalusia will have one last opportunity to score a goal this season next Thursday, after the Bulldogs fell 8-0 to Enterprise on Tuesday night at Wildcat Stadium.
“With their team, it was not just their (junior varsity),” AHS coach Tim Ramsden said. “They had some varsity players playing as well.”
Ramsden said it was the same M.O. at the beginning of the game last night as was in his team’s 9-0 loss to Charles Henderson.
“Again, we came out very flat, very timid, quite a few of them did,” he said. “Our intensity level needs to be a little bit better than what it was.
“We played against 22 seasoned players,” he said. “Against a squad of 15. It’s going to be a little bit of a challenge.”
Andalusia’s last challenge this season will take place on March 29, for its first home game of the season. The game will start at 6 p.m. at the Kiwanis soccer field.
