A 43-year-old man who had been sought since April 2006 was arrested Friday at a garage apartment in Marietta, Ga.

Jimmy Donald Suttles Jr. was sought by the Walton County Sheriff’s office after a warrant was issued due to charges that stemmed from several lewd and lascivious molestation charges.

The victims at the time were all under the age of 16, with one being as young as 11.

Suttles has lived in Paxton, Fla., Lockhart and Florala, and has family and friends along the Covington-Walton county line.

Suttles has been booked in the Cobb County, Ga., Jail and will have his first appearance before a judge this morning.

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office will ask that he be extradited back to Florida to face the charges.
