• John David Halford, 43, for obstructing governmental operations and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Tina Dillard, 42, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Christopher B. Howell, 41, on hold for another agency.

• Oscar D. Kelley, 53, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Michael J. Odom, 33, for distribution, possession of marijuana I, possession of a controlled substance and three counts of chemical endangerment of a child and held on an $883,000 bond.

• Brittany K. Thompson, 21, for a grand jury indictment for forgery II and held on a $20,000 bond.
