Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Jan. 24, 2012:

• Billy M. Austin, 58, on a grand jury indictment and held on a $400,000 bond.

• Cedric A. Bennett, 40, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• David E. Hulsey, 46, for giving false information to a law enforcement officer.
