Mr. Kent E. Davis, 92, of Dozier, passed from this life at a local hospital on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025.

Graveside services for Mr. Davis were on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 11 a.m., in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

There will be no public visitation held.

Mr. Kent is survived by his wife, Lucy Davis; two special nephews, Wade (Bonita) Jones and Lowell Jones; a half brother, Collie Davis; and a half sister, Dorthy Brown.

Mr. Kent is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Ola Davis, seven brothers, and three sisters.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you send donations to the Rose Hill Cemetery fund for upkeep of the cemetery.
