The Pilot Club of Andalusia is gearing up for two of its annual holiday traditions with the Pancakes and Sausage Breakfast Day and Tour of Homes this weekend.
The Pancakes and Sausage Breakfast Day will be held Saturday, Dec. 7, from 5:30 a.m. until noon at the Kiwanis Community Center. Tickets for the all-you-can-eat breakfast are $10 per person and are available at the door, CCB Community Bank, the Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce, or through any Pilot Club member.
“We are excited to begin another holiday season in Andalusia with two of our most popular events. Planning for Pancake Day requires a lot of planning and preparation, but our Pilots work together and make it happen. It is a wonderful morning of good eating and wonderful fellowship for all. We thank everyone for your continued support of our organization each year,” Pilot Club Fundraising Chair Mellisa King said.
The Tour of Homes will take place Sunday, Dec. 8, from 1 to 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 each and are available at Touch of Country, the Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce, or through any Pilot Club member.
The six locations featured in the 2024 Tour of Homes lineup are as follows:
- The Chantilly House (John and Dawn Thompson)
- The B (Kyle and Kim Baumgartner)
- Home of Tim and Leigh Stewart
- Home of Derrick and Candace Stewart
- Home of David and Melissa Wilson
- Home of Norman and Earlene Landiss
“The Tour of Homes is an exciting afternoon for people to see local homes and businesses that are decorated for the holidays. It is always nice to see how each home decorates for the holiday season. We are so appreciative of all the homeowners allowing us to come inside their homes and entertain those on the tour. Ticket holders can decide the order in which they tour each location,” King said.

“We invite the community to join us for our Pancake and Sausage Breakfast Day and Tour of Homes this weekend. We always strive to do more, care more, and be more in our community. We appreciate everyone for supporting the Pilot Club and helping us to continue making Andalusia a wonderful place to live,” King said.
