Mr. Rufus Jack Armstrong, 87, of Andalusia, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, at Andalusia Hospital.

Funeral services for Mr. Armstrong will be held on Monday, Dec. 2, 11 a.m., at Mobley Creek Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Foreman Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery.

Mr. Armstrong is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marie Ward Armstrong of Andalusia; sons, Ward (Sharon) Armstrong, Scott Armstrong, and Daughter Carol Armstrong; a brother-in-law, Lamar Whittle; and sister-in-law, Marie Teel Armstrong; grandsons, Eddie (Lindsey) Harrington and Christopher (Emilie) Harrington; great-grandson Ezra Harrington; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Armstrong was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Pinkie Armstrong; brothers, Leelon (Pete) Armstrong and Joe Armstrong; and sisters, Eleanor Fuller and Margaret Whittle.
