Arthur Frederick “Freddie” Waters of Andalusia passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024, in a Pensacola hospital. He was 51.

Graveside services were held on Monday, Oct. 14, 2 p.m., at Stone Lake Gardens. The family received friends at Keahey Funeral Home on Monday from 1 p.m. until time to depart for the graveside. Keahey Funeral Home is directing.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother and stepfather, Sarah Crawford and Roy A. Crawford, Jr. of Andalusia; stepchildren, Stephen Stanley (Sara) of Mississippi; Jeremy Stanley (Dace) of Nebraska; brothers, Wade Lee Brower, Jr. of Andalusia; Archie Daniel Williams of Reno, Nevada; sister, Helen Rebecca Brower of Andalusia; grandchildren, Angel Lacoste; Brian Lacoste, Destiny Lacoste and Kelley Lacoste.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janeen Waters; a stepdaughter, Michelle Mitchell; and his father, Arthur Fredrick Hoffman.

He was a talented mechanic and loved his work. He was proud to be called a “shade tree mechanic!” He will be dearly missed.
