Mr. Billy Kenneth Kelley, 88, of Andalusia, passed from this life on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, at a local hospital.

Funeral arrangements for Mr. Kelley will be on Monday, Sept. 16, 2 p.m., at Pleasant Home Baptist Church with Rev. Fred Kelley Jr. and Ashley McKathan officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. The family will accept friends the night before at Foreman Funeral Home beginning at 4:30 p.m. Internment will follow in the church cemetery.

Left to cherish his memory are his two sons: William Kenneth Kelley (Jamie) and Thomas Brian Kelley (Kerri), both of Andalusia; six grandchildren: Carlee Kristen Mangum (Willis), William James Kelley, Vance Kelley, Presley Kelley, Kate Kelley, and Jake Kelley, all of Andalusia; three brothers: Ralph Kelley of Brownsville, Texas, John Alan Kelley (Margie) of Robertsdale, Alabama, and James Rufus Kelley (Sheila) of Andalusia; five sisters: Faye Talbert (Carl) of Orlando, Florida, Charlotte Thomasson of Andalusia, Alice Davis of Andalusia, Sue Willis of Milton, Florida, and Cynthia Gunter (Mark) of River Falls.
