Straughn (0-2, 0-0 4A Region 2) will play in front of its home crowd for the first time this year and welcome Daleville (0-1, 0-0) for senior night on Friday, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m.

This will be the 12th meeting between the two teams since they first battled in the 1976 season. The Warhawks lead the all-time series 6-5, but the Tigers have won the last two matchups.

Last week, Straughn made the trip to Brewton and ran into a tough draw falling at T.R. Miller, 40-7. Daleville dropped a 30-14 road outing to Florala.

The Tigers downed the Warhawks on the road last year, 46-16.

Senior football players, cheerleaders, and band members will be recognized before kickoff at 6:20 p.m.
