Mr. Harold Elmore, 82, of Andalusia passed from this life on Wednesday, June 12, at his home.

Funeral services for Mr. Elmore will be held on Monday, June 17, 11 a.m., at Judson Baptist Church with Brother James Pickron and Brother Donnie Uptain officiating. Interment will follow at North Creek Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Sunday, June 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Ferrolyn Elmore of Andalusia; his son and daughter-in-law, Jason Harold Elmore (Sherrie) of Andalusia; his daughter and son-in-law, Ashley Elmore Carter (Austin) of Andalusia; his grandchildren, Jacob Hawkins, Trenton Elmore, Aspen Carter, Collin Elmore, Lillian Elmore, Alden Carter; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Faye Sightler, Barbara Bradley, Gloria Cannon (Eddie), Charlotte Smith (Gary); numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Elmore was a lifelong resident of the Stanley community. He graduated from Florala High School and spent most of his life farming in the Stanley community. He was a member of Judson Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon for over 30 years. Mr. Elmore also served as the Covington County Dist. 3 commissioner for 12 years.

Pallbearers will be Brian Whitehurst, Todd Inabinett, Tom Hines, Ricky Hart, Reese Hutcheson, and Randy White.

Flowers are being accepted by his family, or memorials may be made to Judson Baptist Church, 17809 Alabama Highway 55 in memory of Mr. Harold Cook Elmore.
