The Covington Arts Council will present Troubadour Project with Alkahest Arts and Attractions: 70’s Rock Revival on Saturday, Jan. 13, 7 p.m., at the LBW Dixon Center for the Performing Arts.

Troubadour Project hails from Atlanta, Georgia, and features touring musicians from Sugarland, Jennifer Nettles, Sheryl Crow, Noel Gallagher, Elton Live, and more.

“Troubadour Project faithfully recreates all the sounds, vibe, and essence of the most iconic rock bands from the 1970s, delivered by world-class musicians and vocalists. From Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Eagles, Wings, Heart, to Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac, Peter Frampton, and ELO, these are the artists that created the soundtrack of our lives. Troubadour Project is your first-class ticket back to the greatest decade of rock and roll,” an Alkahest Artists and Attractions press release said.

The group has received over 87,500 views on YouTube since Nov. 23, 2022.

“This is an amazing group of musicians we are looking forward to having in Andalusia. The fact that they have played with all of these groups is evident in their performance on the stage. We look forward to having everybody rock out to a good night of 70s music. It doesn’t get much better than that,” said CAC Executive Director Paula Harr.

Advanced tickets are $20 and may be purchased at Mr. Mattress at Home or online through Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/troubadour-project-70s-rock-revival-tickets-773954768547. Tickets will be $25 at the door.
