Vivian Hickey, 94, and resident of WoodMoore Assisted Living in Opp receives weekly visits from her dog Flop.
Local artist Billy Beech captured one of those visits.
He and City of Andalusia Dist. 3 Councilwoman Hazel Griffin presented her with the painting Monday at the WoodMoore.
