Meredith’s Miracles recently received a gift of $25,000 from the estate of an anonymous donor.

Executive Director Kiley Spears was excited and privileged to receive the donation.

“This is such a blessing to us,” Spears said. “We have had more individual donors approaching us, which has just been so wonderful. Meredith’s Miracles is surely growing. We are so thankful for people to be thinking of us. Gifts such as this allow us to continue our work to assist families in their time of need.”

Earlier this year, Meredith’s Miracles raised over $107,000 at its annual Cookies for Characters event. This amount set a record for the most successful year since the organization was founded in 2005. In 2022, the organization funded 911 medical trips for families totaling over $157,000. Since its inception, Meredith’s Miracles has funded over $1 million.

Registration for the Masters of the Green Charity Golf Tournament is now underway. Meredith’s Miracles will host this event Friday, Oct. 6, beginning at 11 a.m., at the Enterprise Country Club. Sponsorships are available in one of three levels:

  • Bronze – $100 or more, which includes a hole sponsorship sign and recognition on the organization’s social media and website
