The Andalusia City Schools Board of Education approved several personnel changes at a meeting held Thursday, June 8.

During the meeting the board approved:

Resignation

• Christy Clanton as AES kindergarten teacher
• Annie Howell as AES special education teacher
• Isaiah Thornton as AES behavioral paraprofessional

Retirement

• Anthony Mikel as AHS agriscience teacher

Status Change

• Cole Carroll from AES special education teacher to AHS agriscience teacher
• Amy Bryan from AJHS seventh grade advanced math teacher to AJHS eighth grade advanced math teacher

Granted Tenure

• Emily Odom – speech therapy

New Hire

• Raven McDaniel as AES cafeteria worker
• Paige Campbell as AJHS English/reading intervention teacher
• Tyler Blackwell as AHS physical education teacher
• Delisa Freeney as AHS assistant cafeteria manager
• Gabrielle Maloy as AHS reading intervention teacher
