Natasha “Nikki” Nicole Moore, age 35, of McKenzie passed away May 20, 2023, in a Montgomery hospital.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 24, 2 p.m., at South Butler Cemetery in McKenzie. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday at Keahey Funeral Home. Rev. Alan Odom will officate the graveside. Serving as pallbearers will be Jimmy Ellis, Lucas Shipp, Travis Shipp, Edgar Shipp Jr., Steven Moore, Lewis Coburn. Keahey Funeral Home is entrusted with the services.
Left to cherish her memory are: father, Earl Shipp and mother, Stephanie Moore and Bendon Weaver, all of McKenzie; brothers, Torrey Salter of Huntsville, Alabama, Logan Shipp of McKenzie, Dakota Shipp of McKenzie, and Cayleb Weaver of McKenize; sisters, Caylee Weaver and Alisha Sellers, both of McKenzie; paternal grandmother, Annice Shipp of McKenzie; several aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, and many, many friends.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Pete Rodgers, maternal grandmother, Jeanette Moore; paternal grandfather, Edward Shipp; stepmother, Terrye Salter Shipp.
“Nikki” faced many physical challenges in life, but she turned those challenges into a determination to live life to the fullest! She loved cruisin’ around, shopping, fishing, making bead necklaces and bracelets, dying her hair many different colors and spending time with her many friends. She was loved dearly by her family and all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
