The Jerry Garrett and Starlinne Sullivan Memorial Scholarship has been established for Alabama residents enrolled in the field of healthcare and geared specifically those in the nursing and EMS fields.

Applicants for this scholarship in the amount of $500 will have until March of this year to submit. The amount will be paid directly to the recipient’s school of choice and is administered through a nonprofit website at bold.org. A total of four scholarships are awarded each year. Applicants are asked to visit the website at bold.org and search for the Jerry Garrett and Starlinne Sullivan Memorial Scholarship.
