Mrs. Elaine Messick Owens, 80, of Andalusia, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2022, in Dothan.

Graveside services were held Sunday, Nov. 27, 2:30 p.m., at Cedar Grove Baptist Cemetery with Brother Monroe Sasser officiating. Visitation was Saturday, Nov. 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Marvin Owens; two sons, Manuel Owens and wife Sherri of Andalusia, and Brian Owens and wife Paula, of Chattanooga, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Leandria (Trey) Stevens, Jonathan (Kendall) Owens, Jordan (Abby) Owens, Taylor Owens, and Zachary (Bailey) Owens; two great-grandchildren, Lillee Ruth Stevens and Rylee Grace Owens; one brother, Ottis and sister-in-law Billie Messick; three sisters, Lola Owens, Janice Nelson, and Connie and brother-in-law Monroe Sasser.

Pallbearers were Jonathan Owens, Jordan Owens, Zachary Owens, Trey Stevens, Donald Worley, and Will Sasser.
