Mr. David Alton Hamby, age 66, of the Wing community, died on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at his residence.

Funeral services for Mr. Hamby will be on Sunday, July 24, 2:30 p.m., from the Pleasant Home Baptist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Reverend Fred Kelley will officiate. The family will receive friends at 1:30 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Hamby is survived by a son, David Hamby of Andalusia; two grandchildren, Colton and Kaden Hamby, both of Andalusia; a brother, Bill Hamby of Andalusia; and a sister, Margie Casey (Bill) of Mobile.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Silcox, David Everage, Steven Bradley, Bobby Huckabaa, Ronnie Anderson, and Eric Bass.
