Bobcats up one spot in latest football poll

Opp remains the county’s lone ranked team in the latest Alabama Sports Writers Association football rankings released Wednesday.
The Bobcats checked in at number six in Class 3A this week after a 42-0 home rivalry win over Straughn last week.
OHS travels to region foe Providence Christian Friday night and clinches a playoff spot with a win over the Eagles.
Andalusia is still listed among teams receiving votes in Class 5A. The Bulldogs play their final road game of the regular season Friday night at Headland.
