Mrs. Frances Palmer Ptomey, age 94 of Andalusia died on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, in a local hospital.

Graveside services for Mrs. Ptomey will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at 11 a.m. from the Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. at Foreman Funeral Home. Minister Gary Davenport will officiate.

Mrs. Ptomey is survived by two daughters and a son, Nancy (Ricky) Jones of Andalusia and Sara Boone of Gulf Shores and Joe and Vickie Ptomey of Andalusia; seven grandchildren Chris (Katherine) Jones, Whitney Jones, Allison Waller, Josh (Lindsey) Boone, Amy (Kyle) Trusgnich, Brayden Newton and Alex Newton; eight great-grandchildren, Finn Jones, Oliver Jones, Vera Boone, Lena Boone, Harlan Trusgnich, Pierce Trusgnich, Gracie Vanderlinde and Louie Vanderlinde; and special caregiver Lisa Ellison.

Pallbearers will be Chris Jones, Whitney Jones, Josh Boone, Kyle Rusgnich, Louie Vanderlinde, Buddy Waller, John Jones, and David Williams.

The family will accept flowers, or memorials may be made to Cedar Grove Church of Christ.
