Mrs. Shirley Ann Lee, 79, of Red Level, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021, in Andalusia Hospital.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 19, 10 a.m., from Buck Creek Baptist Church with Brother Tyler Ingram officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.

She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Ratliff of Red Level; two sons, Donnie (Angela) Lee of Andalusia, Danny Lee of Red Level; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Carolyn (Tony) Cofield of Andalusia; one brother, Wayne (Wanda) Worrels.

She is preceded in death by her grandson, Kody Ratliff.
