The Andalusia City School’s board of education recently made several personnel decisions for the 2021-2022 school year.

The following decisions were approved:

Leave of Absence:

  • Theresa Wade as paraprofessional.

Non-Renewals:

  • Rhonda Martin as English teacher at AHS.

Resignations:

  • Melissa Alday as first grade teacher at AES.
  • Jenny Jordan as special education teacher at AES.
  • Elisa Mount as counselor at AES.
  • Betsy Reed as Kindergarten teacher at AES.
  • Hailey Robinson as first grade teacher at AES.
  • Jonathan Collet as history teacher at AJHS.
  • Joshua Johnson as paraprofessional at AHS.

Retirement:

  • Retha Daniels as cafeteria worker.

Tenure:

  • Anchylus Agee as second grade teacher at AES.
  • Cole Carroll as special education teacher at AES.
  • Shanna Davis as fifth grade teacher at AES.
  • Vanessa Hernandez as special education teacher at AES.
