Mr. Phil Gantt, Jr., age 80, of Andalusia, AL. passed away Saturday May 8, 2021 in a Dothan hospital.

Funeral services for Mr. Gantt will be at 3 PM Wednesday May 12, 2021 at Foreman Funeral Home with Bro. Hank Roberts and Bro. Eugene Meadows officiating.

Visitation will be from 1-3 PM Wednesday May 12, 2021 at Foreman Funeral Home.

Mr. Gantt retired from Covington Electric Cooperative after 39 years and he was also a founding member of the Gantt area rescue squad.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Gantt of Andalusia; his son and daughter in law, Bryan Gantt (Tracy) of Wicksburg, AL; his daughter and son in law, Kim Gantt (Steven Meredeth) of Dothan, AL; his grandchildren, Lakin Gantt, Chloe Gantt, Cameron Meredeth; his sister, Joann Williams of Andalusia.

Pallbearers will be, Jeff Gantt, Doug Gantt, Ryan Cottle, Peter Williams, Mike Henby and James Stephens.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Coldwater Congregational Church in memory of Phil Gantt, Jr. to Mary Janice Cottle 31303 Cottle Creek Rd. Andalusia, AL. 36421.
